This hotel is a luxurious and elegant venue located in the centre of town, making it very convenient for travellers. We loved the exclusive amenities in the room which made us feel pampered, like the heated toilet seat and spacious bathroom. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with any requests. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices.

The only negative aspect we found was that the entrance was hard to find. the hotel needs better signage on the main road to guide guests.

This hotel was amazing! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the best shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, and the decorations were beautiful. the bathroom was huge and had a heated toilet seat which was a nice touch. I loved the hotel's location opposite the metro station, which made it easy for me to explore the city. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spacious and clean room. The staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. The hotel's breakfast had a lovely spread and I could request for any dish which was not readily available.

The entrance is not well marked and hard to find.

The room was quite spacious and kept clean every day. The hotel staff was always polite and happy to help with any queries I had. Another great aspect was the key location of the hotel, close to all major attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the strange noises that woke me up throughout the night, making it hard to get a good night's rest. The reception area was not on the ground floor, which made it inconvenient to switch between two different lifts.
